- Jetpac does not allow text messages with the eSIM. However, you can still send text messages via the social messaging platforms like WhatsApp with our eSIM mobile data.
- Jetpac offers refunds if you can't install and use the eSIM due to a technical issue, but not if you have an incompatible phone or simply change your mind. To get a refund, you must contact their customer support within 30 days of purchase, and they will try to resolve the issue before processing the refund.
