• Shoebacca purchases are eligible for returns for up to 365 days after original date of purchase for a refund. You will be refunded the original purchase price plus any applicable tax. If at the time of the original purchase your order exceeded $50 and qualified for our free shipping offer, you are entitled to free return shipping and the restocking fee is waived. If the original order value was under $50, you will be charged a $6.50 restocking fee which will be held from your refund.

SHOEBACCA.com makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Site or the information, content or products presented on the Site. You are personally liable for any orders that you place or charges that you incur prior to termination. SHOEBACCA.com reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any or all aspects of the Site at any time without prior notice.
• Returned items reported late by the merchants, and have cashbacks already credited to the user may lead to deductions in future cashback disbursements to reflect the late merchant adjustment.
• Cashback/points will be awarded in 60-90 days.
