Terms & Conditions
- Please note that all return/refund requests must be made within the Shopee Guarantee period ONLY. The option to request a return/refund will be available within 3 days (or up to 7 days for Shopee Mall products) after the order has been tagged as delivered for cash on delivery (COD) orders.
- Bonus cashback will be given to transactions one month after receiving base cashback for transactions paid with GCash. The bonus cashback is an additional 10% of the base cashback received in the previous month.
- All payment methods, including COD are permitted.
- Unless stated in this Refunds and Return Policy, Buyer may not apply for the return of the Item and/or refund due to a change of mind.
- The Buyer and Seller will discuss and mutually agree on who will bear the logistic cost of returning the Item.
- Returned items reported late by the merchants, and have cashbacks already credited to the user may lead to deductions in future cashback disbursements to reflect the late merchant adjustment.
- Please be advised that Shopee has a maximum cap of Php 100 cashback per combined transaction.
- Please be advised that transactions with one peso (PHP 1) or lower amounts are not eligible for Cashbacks or Points.
- Payment for Utilities like Electricity, Internet, Water, etc. are not eligible for Cashbacks or Points.
